Jane Flanagan, owner of CLOTH YARD CO, developed a great love of everything made by hand after growing up in the mountains of North Carolina surrounded by artisans and craftsmen. Throughout her life, Jane has explored sewing, knitting, weaving, dying and spinning, ultimately developing a passion for creating small batch, hand loomed products that will last for generations. 

Working with the highest quality GOTS Certified and Fair Trade silk, cashmere, alpaca and cotton, Jane produces luxurious textiles for the home with an emphasis on traditional weaving patterns where the yarn itself can become the focus.

Jane has recently rekindled her passion for small-batch dyeing and is excited to introduce a new line of all-natural yarns. Featuring luxurious fibers such as merino wool, alpaca, silk, cotton, and linen. These hand-dyed yarns will carry the same commitment to quality and sustainability that defines CLOTH YARD CO's collection.
